Data controller
Sanctuary Design is the controller of your personal data. For any data request, write to office@sanctuarydesign.ro.
What we collect
Through the questionnaire we collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, your answers and any files you choose to upload.
Why we use it
We use your data solely to contact you and to prepare an interior design offer. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep your data for as long as needed for the offer and collaboration, and no longer than 24 months after our last interaction, unless the law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict, port and object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).
Cookies
This site only uses essential cookies (for example your chosen language and questionnaire progress). We do not use analytics or marketing cookies.
